Natassa is a digital marketing specialist with over 8 years experience. She has expertise in developing online marketing and social media strategies, planning and monitoring online campaigns, analysing website traffic, rankings and conversions, driving business growth and maximising profit.
She has graduated from the Management and Business Administration department of University of Macedonia of Thessaloniki. She has MSc degrees in Informatics and Management and in Accounting and Auditing.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, drawing, reading, and photography.
Software Engineer & CRO Consultant
Justin is a Software Engineer & CRO consultant and heads up the development side of things including building A/B tests.
He has experience as a tech lead, product full-stack software engineer, and UX consultant – spanning a wide range of different clients and sectors including e-commerce, oil and gas, and finance. He looks after all technical aspects of the optimisation lifecycle, from performance to feature builds and web standards. He also helps guide the A/B testing roadmap per each client project.
He enjoys hiking, stargazing, and is a keen footballer and tennis player.
Lead UX, CRO & Innovation Consultant
Laurence is a results-focused UX & CRO professional with skills and experience in research, design, and strategy. Before making the switch to full-time consulting he was Head of UX & CRO at a leading digital agency in the UK.
Experienced in the delivery of UX, CRO, and Digital Innovation projects, he has worked with a wide range of clients including the NHS, ATS Euromaster, Ideal Standard, Prodrive, and Volkswagen Financial Services.
With a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship, he works closely with clients to deliver UX, CRO, and Innovation projects as part of their wider business and product strategy.
Laurence is a user-centred design evangelist and is a Visiting Lecturer in Design Thinking at Falmouth University in his native Cornwall.
UX & UI Designer
Alex has over 10 years of experience as a professional web/graphic designer and photographer. As a perfectionist, she strives to constantly improve and learn new skills. Web Design, UX & UI Design, Growth Marketing, Video Editing, High-End Retouching, as long as it is creatively challenging, she’s in. In 2018 she also founded her own creative media business.
On her wall, there is a fancy frame containing a BA degree in Commercial and Creative Photography and Graphic Design from the University of Central Lancashire.
When she’s not working you can find her walking for hours while listening to self-improvement audiobooks, skateboarding, gaming or taking photos of her watches! Her secret desire though is to become a rockstar!
Content Strategist & UX Writer
Emmanuel has graduated from the English Language and Literature department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He also holds an MBA in International Business from the University of East London and a Certificate as a Life Coach as well as Mindfulness Instructor.
He has taught English to different age groups as well as communication skills to Business Executives. He has also collaborated with different publishing houses and has delivered numerous teaching methodology and life skills talks in both international and local conferences.
In his free time, he likes to explore the world of technology, business leadership, and innovation and shares his views on his blog.
Founder & Director of Optimisation
Thomas is a digital marketing specialist with 12+ years experience in the creation and delivery of highly successful online marketing and optimisation projects. Expert in developing digital strategies that drive business growth & maximise profit, he possesses a deep insight of CRO, UX, SEM, and digital strategy.
His professional experience involved the planning, execution, and coordination of UX, CRO, and SEM projects for multinational, EMEA, & UK clients including JP Morgan, Ideal Standard, Technogym, Emirates, Principality Building Society, Argos, CrossCountry Trains, DEVK.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration and a Cert in Theology.
In his spare time, he delves into theology & philosophy studies, and is involved in volunteering; in parallel, he has a strong passion for antiques, books, and Legos.
Digital Analytics Consultant
Yannis is an experienced digital analytics consultant.
From a young age, he felt passionate about data and so he’s become an expert in analysing them.
Yannis has worked with a number of high-caliber companies and agencies in the UK, Germany, and the USA.
He provides our clients with end to end strategic analytics advice and his key expertise is in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
He spends his off-hours reading, exercising, gaining knowledge in about everything, and travelling around the world.
UX & CRO Consultant
Vaso is a UX & CRO consultant with expertise in the A/B testing cycle, including personalisation. Her focus is on providing an enhanced user experience as well as increasing overall revenue based on concepts derived from data. Her experience entails carrying out all stages of the iterative process, from ideation and wireframes to testing concepts and evaluating their results.
She holds a Master’s Degree from UCL, Institute of Education. However, her keen interest and passion for UX research have led her to transfer from a primary school teacher into a well-rounded UX & CRO specialist.
Learning about other cultures, traveling, and hiking are among the main interests during her free time.
